i should have! i didnt think the people at DGM could be so INEPT!!! the s*** is so far off im so ******* pissed! i should have compared sizes. but i didnt know if i was to reuse the stock flat strip with the filler strips and how far it went underneath the stock strips. even if i put that stock thing on, it was still 6 inches too short. and i told jason at DGM i had a protege5. i called almost everyday at first and constantly reminded him what i was talking about. i CONSTANTLY repeated that it was to replace the roof rack. even if they had a sedan sitting somewhere to make a mold of, which isnt on their site anywhere, they should have known. im not pissed due to the show coming up, im just pissed when people cant make a good product. ARGH!

s*** man .. I dont need to hear this! Hopefully they will correct this since it apparently is a mistake on their part. The only reason I can see this being so wrong is that it isnt a "production" part. I havent heard anything bad about their other parts not fitting -- just some minor resin issues.
Right now they have my AutoEXE grill to use for their mold for the CF replica. Right now, im keeping my faith in them and hopefully the grill I get back will be worth my troubles.

yea dont hold your breath. i hate to see what your grilles will come out like. probably fit a civic. and you should see the quality of the actual carbon fiber..IT SUCKS!!! your grilles prolly will too!

I told you......... didn't I. The strips will never go into production. These were custom made. I don't know why they came out the way they did and actually I think you should get your cash back. I have seen the one on their showcar and it sits flush and looks good. Matthew send it back, tell them you want it made right and tell them to test fit it on my ride so you can get the right fitment. The only excuse I see is that they don't have a car to test fit it with. Also ask them whether water will run through those strips, I have a feeling they will leak into the roof.
BTW Gurly, don't worry about the Autoexe, trust me it will come out with good quality, Ill make sure of that!!!!!!!!
