All I can say is Holy s*** that sucked. You have been waiting so patiently, to have it come out like that is absurd. DG has got to realize that not taking care of your situation properly will result in a lot of lost business from this forum alone, not to mention ProMazda. Im sure they will get it fixed. Any business with half a brain would.

yea im hoping so. im gonna see if theyll keep my money, i pay for shipping back, and they give me a CF interior or some s***. cause im just fuming, though i think it was mainly because i took the s*** apart last nite.

Matthew, I say you should sell them on ebay. Just be sure to include the phrase 30% off. They dont need to know that the 30% is off the lenght of the strips!

could we start a list of people on the forums who will not buy from dg again until they take care of this for you, mathew? then show them the list and say "you all ****** up buy not taking care of your customers when it was obviously your (dg's) fault'. i have their lip now and was going to get some other stuff from them but after reading about your experience i have decided to hold off until i see how the roof rack thing turns out.

dude, thats a huge difference between 350 and 170. my dad is in business, its usually not the best idea of you trying to compensate yourself. im sure they'll come up with something, but it starts to seem like people compensate themselves.

well im going to hold off boycotting and starting threads until i see how they respond to this mess. and if there is still a problem, there is only two people that have more posts than me on this message board, and i can easily include a link to this thread or any thread that will be seen somewhere around 5025 times by all members in most sections on this board (evil)

how did you pay?

money order. see the thing is, however, is after seeing the product i now understand they prolly have like 50 bucks labor and parts invested in these products. its almost silly, but they are the only company, so they have a monopoly. i understand that was a bit steep, but i am a pretty reasonable person and can accept either my money back and a few less than nice words on this site, or they can compensate me some how. well see how it turns out.

Mattew, just like PHaudio said, I dont think a whole dash kit would be given at half price, but maybe you can expect the dash and glove compartment pieces at the price you paid, (originally $180) and then give you an extra piece free, like the center, or mirrors, or armrest. Those pieces by themselves are $90 ea

yea that seems rational. i would take the damn dash, glove and just the strips for the sides. if not, ill just get a refund and never buy their products again. and then ill take more pics of the craftsmanship of the strips, and of the blemishes in my eyelids, and make sure people are aware of their exterior products (i saw your damn interior, no problem???).
