Dealer Question

Hello everyone- I purchased a black 2003 MSP in West Palm Beach little over a month ago. I paid $15.5 with no miles. I did have two problems though.....The car did not have the sparco shift knob and it didn't have the mazdaspeed floor mats. The salesman/finance person I dealt with said he ordered the knob and would get me a set of mats no problem. He said to be patient for the knob as it was backordered when I check in a week or so later. I had to drop by the dealer this week (two weeks later) to get my new car registration. I found out the guy who I had been dealing with has switched stores (to one affiliated with the same dealer but 20 miles south). What do you all think is the best plan to get these two items from the dealer? Thanks in advance- CC
 
b**** and call and b**** and call........then tell them if they dont give you what they should have in the first place, u'll call Mazda North America at 1-800-222-5500 and complain.

they'll dance to your tune really quick.
 
Yes those items are supposed to be included with the new car. You're going to need to complain complain and complain some more to get them.
