I also just noticed a slow leak from a small crack in one of my wheels. No way will Konig replace it if its out-of-round. It is not visibly out-of-round.
They can be repaired, though the wheel will be prone to bending again in the same place. I got one of my bent and cracked rotas fixed and its got the big flat spot in the same place again.
IT will work fine. Ive done it before. Just dont grind the wheel. Take a BF hammer to it, and bend it strait (its supprisingly acurate because the wheel hardly bends with hits so it will take alot of them. Depending on the material (polished aluminum is best) you can just sand out the hammer dents (along with any curb rash) and have it looking like new.
For the crack Ive had a friend try jb weild it helped alittle but it really depends on the crack (he only had a very small hole) if its major youll need to get it proffesionally weilded up. I have repared small cracks on the lip with jb weild then repainted the wheel. Looks as new.
