Custom intake for the 1.6L

That turbo put out alot of torque(jerkit) wish i cud do it.

you could for about 4k and a lifetime of headachs, lol

ummm i believe i used a 2.5 inch inlet filter, only problem with cutting off the box and adding a filter was that the box was the mounting point for the intake, so when you take it out it just hangs there, so you need to fab some sort of bracket to hold it up.

Someone posted a water cooled kit from JCWhitney for 2k. I wud of been a fool for it, but its too l8 by educational obstacles.

i just dont c how. The turbo is decent, and pipes are pipes besides the diameter...And engine management can be swapped.

Gonna sound average. Like i say if u cant get a catback, it almost wont be worth it. And a catback would actually probly be more quiet than a weld on.

a cat back goes all the way up to the header, and a muffler is just a end muffler.

Got it, then those will be a little bit more expensive than just a muffler.. btw if i do so i'm gonna have to change my stock muffler right away?

Yes, theres a huge muffler in the pic i showed u. Their all the same. Corksport is best for quality and money hands down. If you want it order it from horsepowerfreaks.com

any full exhaust you put on the 1.6 litre will be stupid loud, and just get annoying on the highway, trust me been there done that. if your looking for low noise then keep it stock. if you want stupid loud then buy a catback.
