Has a little more top end and a little more turbo lag. Isn't a drastic improvement since I come from stage 2 with a 3.5" ets. But temps are a lot lower and it doesnt heat soak like with the tmic. This is wierd but my ECT stays 7 degrees lower now. Used to be 187 not its 180. There is also a bit of air scooping under the hood now and the bottom shield under the oil pan is off. Maybe this is adding some cooling effects? Im gonna look and see what I can do about making a scoop on the rear to draw out the hot air. Im not cutting the hood or anything like that but maybe the plastic piece behind the hood can be cut and remove the weather stripping. I dont know. I ill have to see what I can come up with.

i think his is 6 inches tall. "?"x6x3.5 iirc.

the welds were solid on mine..pressure tested it in water before i put it on and not a leak..tested it up to 25psi.. there really nice intercoolers.

i beleive all of his brackets were custom or he bought his own..

Its a nice IC. Cant beat it for the money. I got the brackets off a member on another forum which mounted this exact IC in the same location. Some1 on there was interested in his setup and he had a set made like his. I then bought that kit from the guy that didnt want the front mount anymore.

Washer tank is from a 92 honda civic. Got it off ebay for around 30 bucks. Great piece. Just have to drill holes for pump and level sensor.

Installed the SM OCC and PTP IM spacer w/ throttle body coolant bypass. Figured I would make the engine bay look pretty while it was all off.

Boost air temps stay lower than intake air temps now.

dont hate on me quick, black and red was exactly what i was goin for.

looks good though, you've done some nice work. i particularly like the location of the CC.

another another question if i may. why use hump connectors? is it so there's some give when the motor moves, or purely cosmetic?

and what did you finally end up using to seal up the washer fluid tank? i remember you said jb weld didnt hold.

The hump couplers allow more "give" when it is needed and will bend slightly to allow for that; they are nice to have.
