I've been there, those people are filthy rich and never need to work. When it comes to driving it is like the funnest activity in the world to them and they have no regard for road regulations or human life. Another funny thing about these people is that they never do any kind of maintenace on there cars whatsoever, They litteraly buy a new one every few months or year.
