Corksport MM Inserts. My first Mod!

I got a response back from corksport regarding the break-in. Their claim is that it is still functioning and he pretty much invited me to install my stock mount again and see what a huge difference it made, as they did that themselves on their test MS3 and threw the CS inserts right back in.

I agree though. It's real nice with them in, minimum vibes and all.

let me get this straight... you take out the stock MM, and you add this rubber insert to the stock mount, then place it back in?

or does it come w/ its own mount? cuz in PG all i see is the actual insert, no mount.

yes you pull out your stock mount place the Urethane nserts in and reinstall the factory mount+insert

The CorkSport are inserts, so they fill in the gap in your stock mount. And they're poly, not rubber.

Glad to hear it! it seems almost everyone has been happy with the motor mount or insert upgrade. I have not heard of anyone's mounts failing or causing problems. Worst case, it seems, is that; it vibrates too much. And most folks are very pleased. Glad you are on the team gluber1!

Dude, on every forum I have ever been on, someone does it, but back to the Corksports, drove home from work, 25 miles in the rain, nothing to say that everyone hasn't already said, I was a little taken back at how immediately the car loses traction now when I get in the throttle.........

The CS inserts are truely an no brainer. Cheap and easy to install. My first mod.
