The driver's side window has the ability to auto-down when you press pass the first stop on the button. Is it possible to add this function to the other 3 windows (front passenger plus two rear passenger windows)? I suspect this would involve replacing the switches under/behind the window buttons with a switch similar to the driver's window. Has anyone considered/attempted this?

I can auto-down all my windows on my P5. I had a Clifford Matrix Alarm installed when I bought my car with remote start and the ability to remotely roll down/up and vent all my windows. The shop that installed my alarm, installed a Clifford Remote Power Window Control inside each door. Not sure how he wired it but I'm able to auto-down all my windows with the power window switches in the doors. So basically all my window switches works like the one for the driver's side switch.
Hook the output of a monostable 555 timer to a relay. Trigger the 555 when the button is pressed. Cake.

Nope, but it does have something to do with the single most popular integrated circuit for nearly 40 years now. There are hundreds of schematics online showing how to use a 555 timer.
I admit, I have no desire to have automatic down windows other than the drivers windows- so I likely won't make this circuit. But seriously- anyone even remotely interested in electronics should be able to figure this out.
The basic gist is that the 555 timer can received a signal (this would be the window switch). Based on a resistor-capacitor network (referred to as an RC network) the timer will "turn on" for a specific period of time- then shut off. It's that simple. So if you were to hook up the output of the chip to a relay, then you could essentially have a "timed switch." Hopefully from there you can figure out how to hook everything up.
Just google "monostable 555 timer schematics" and you should find a ton of schematics. (Note that this is also referred to as a "one-shot timer")
No kinding, I'll wait for someone who understands that does it and make's a how to. I just don't have the time or desire to learn about all that stuff right now.

subbed cause i'd love this function. my passenger side window doesnt go down nearly as fast as my drivers side so half the freakin time i dont roll it down all the way on accident. looks dumb. someone should do this and dumb it down for me and everyone else. k thanks, bye
When I took apart my door panels to install speaker wire from my amps (couple years ago) I recall looking at the window control buttons and electrical connectors. They seemed similar for all four windows (on the drivers side window control area). Something to try might be to see if the driver's window switch could be removed and refit on one of the adjacent passenger windows and see what happens. I think the control panel can be removed/disconnected independently from the door panel. If I have time or motivation tonight, I might poke around and see what gives.

i think on honda they have a little switch in it. i know there is a write up on some hodna forum but i cant remember which..unless im thinking about auto up? bleh im pretty sure it would help

well from what i can tell it is in the switch.. i have a window down adn up relay at work and decided that it was to much of a pain in the ass to install...
