I'm gonna go with the AWR. Thanks tho mayn.
YAY!!!

By the way, I'd get the flexi upper radiator hose if you haven't already from Flyin' Protege or NAPA. It'll make fitting everything a little easier.

I got one and plan on installing it when I put in the radiator. I don't want to deal with trying to get the cut up old hose all over the place again.

PS - Got the gauge and senders today from UPS! YAY! Now I need to track down 1/8 npt fittings ad stuff.

Tracking down NPT fittings is alway fun...NOT! (nervous)

I need to weld fittings to everything on my car and run steel braided lines.

Damn! I was hoping it would be easy. I remember looking in the phone book and seing a race shop that had AN fittings and I thought NPT fittings. "Any kind you need in stock."

I need to grab a phone book again!

I lucked out! A race shop in town carries every dang pipe fitting in just about any size you could need. I got everything for el cheapo!

Hooray for NPT fittings!

I just ordered my AWR Radiator about an hour ago. Got a good price ($467 shipped) Should be here Tuesday or Wed. Chris, do you know the specifics on the upper radiator flex hose like the size, length and model number? I wanna go to NAPA and get it.

I have the part number at home. I'll get up here when I get there...

Off of the label we have:

Part number FF188, Flex-Form radiator hose., 1-1/8"x12"

I bought the AWR Radiator for my Probe....Tony has made one for the Probe/Mx6/626. I like it alot. Although I need to find a higher PSI radiator cap for it.....Patrick will you hit me up on AIM next time you are online?

Josh
Hmmm, I wonder if you will need a higher pressure radiator cap for your radiator, and if my 1.3 bar cap will fit the AWR. Have you already test-fitted the radiator cap to see if it fits right Chris?

No sir, I haven't.

I'll do that soon enough. I haven't heard of anyone having problems with the stock cap on the radiator though...

MY stock cap fit....but I bought a GReddy 1.3bar cap. These radiators just require a cap with a PSI ratting of 17-21. so you guys are all good.

Yeah, our cars come with less pressure than 1.3 BAR radiator cap. BTW... 1.3 BAR = 19 PSI.

OOOH, so I probably do need a cap then...

Quick question. Do you know if the radiator for the automatic p5 is larger than a manual mp3/p5/msp whatever?
