My internet explorer is going to complete s***, it freezes when i refresh a page and it makes stuff a hyperlink thats not a hyperlink, anyone elses doing this? where can i go to download IE6 so i can reinstall it?

well seeing as dell was so nice NOT to send me a system disk with my computer i dont have the normal disk to reinstall IE which im 99% positive would fix my problem. So im trying to figure out what else to do, being on cable internet IE is my only browser i can use, unless of course u have a better suggestion....
