has anyone had good experience with coilover on the protege 5?

Which coilovers? I have Skunk2 coilovers in my Protege 5 and i havent had any problems. The max drop u can do with the Skunk2s is supposed to be about 3", but i wouldnt do mre than 2".

i was thinking of purchasing the skunk2 coilovers. how long have you had them and have you changed your stock rims and tires.

Ive had the Skunk2s installed for about 4 months. Im still riding on my original wheels. Im planning to get the 17" RacingHart rims from the MAZDASPEED and then get some Falken rubber for em. Ill post some pics of my ride lata (dont have time right now).

I dont have the actual instructions that came with my coilovers but i can see if i could work somethin up for ya. I probably have the paper layin around this mess i call home somewhere.

I had the ground controls. Those things are good. I have the eibachs now but for some reason you can take some tight corners with those vs. the eibachs I have now. the eibachs are less agressive though and were designed to be that way so I knew what I was getting into.
