Cobb AP Discussion Thread

Can I use LC and FFS on the v101 map that I'm using? I haven't seen good reports about any of the new maps.

Yep. Once you import the map into ATR, you can set the LC/FFS settings and save it.My v1.01 map is enabled with both settings.

I'll try to post up my map later when I get home, I have yet to see it on any site. It's a Stage 2 93 v101e.

Speaking of, any news on the additional maps and when we might see them?

i have a boat load of new maps to upload, i've just been slacking and haven't got around to uploading them yet. hopefully this weekend.

you have to have the latest version then under the limiter tables you'll see FFS Rev Limiter

New Cobb AP Maps Uploaded

Hey everyone, finally uploading all the new maps christian sent me. These will require the latest version of ATR to use. There are no long individual maps for cali or fed models they can be used on both. let me know if you have any questions. i have maps for the speed3 as well but i haven't gotten around to do those yet, for those that own a speed3 and are lurking.

Ahhhh all these beautiful new maps fitting perfectly to the old mods and no more car to put them on. I will just have to live vicariously through you guys,

Downloaded the map that's specific to my mods, now we'll give it a try. I'll add in the LC and FFS stuff then throw it on the car.

i just experienced what i beleive to be my first knock ever. driving on the highway cruising at around 60 shift from 5th to 6th at around 3100rpm and all of a sudden i get a quarter stuck in the washing machine sound and my hood starts going tick tick tick tick tick. its 4 days since i put on my Cobb map, it was 92 degrees, so is this common and usual when it gets too hot for all the advanced timing? will an intercooler solve this?

Bova, I'd like to say thanks for posting that huge assortment of maps. Plenty of options out there for everyone now.

So I switched to the Stage2 93 + TIHSF TMIC map and during WOT in 3rd gear I'm consistently getting KR in the 3.8-4.9 range. I'm going to try loading the Stage2 91 octane map just like it and see if it is alleviated.

Wow, that's definitely not good. Take a log and post it up if you can.

i switched to cobb's v102 93 and 91 maps, and have experienced knock in both, is it recomended that i switch back to a v101 mzdspd map instead? i have very minor mods to be pinging, although it is 90+ degrees out. i cant tell if its just the heat or not, i cant log until i get a solution to the dongle being in the way of the brake pedal.
