Clunk and bushings?

I have noticed a few people talking about this issue with the MP3 and MSP. Can someone clarify this for me?

MazdaDryvr: Basically the design of the rear sway bar isn't the best. It has a tendancy to cause a lot of stress on the bushings and so the bushings wear prematurely and then cause clunking when going over rough surfaces. There's no fix for it at this point except to check your bushings and bringing it to your dealer for warranty repair when they are shot.
