cleaning under the hood

hello pplz...

please let me know how or can i wash my PR5 under the hood...
someone told me i need to cover up distrobutor then degrease it then wash out...please help...

yup, that info would be much appreciated. Anything to be careful with ? Or i can use a high-pressure water gun thing and spray the crap out ?

It's starting to look pretty dirty and i've been wanting to clean it for a while but was affraid of screwing something up
