Changing rear caliper

Hi,
I need to change my left rear caliper and I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly. Is there a how-to thread? step by step explaination..

The caliper only. Pads and rotor are okay.

get a self bleeder or a freind
brake fluid
new caliper
jack and jack stand.
lug wrench
wrenches (i forget what size)

I changed my passenger reader some time ago.

Its not too big of a deal if you arent scared of bleeding your brakes out.

Did the caliper come with pads you don't need? The reason i ask - mine did and now i have one set of brand new pads but a pair of new (both sides). If you have one set new - lets list then together in the fs section. No one wants to buy 'just one set' and all pads come in pairs...
