Who: North Fairhaven Improvement Association
What: 11th Annual Made in the SHade Car & Bike Show, Fun Fair and Cow Chip Contest
Where: Livesey Park, Fairhaven, MA
When: Sunday July 30th, Rain date August 6th.
Registration is 8:00 A.M. to 11:30 A.M.
Cost: Pre-registration is $12. Registration at gate is $15.

Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd, 3rd in class in addition to the usual best paint, best engine, best interior, etc. Categories that apply to us are Import 80-89, and Import 90-Up. Individual classes judged by participants...woohoo!!!

In case of rain call 508-951-0831 or 508-971-1306 after 7:15 AM to verify if show is postponed.

I'm starting to have less respect for those "Rides of the Week" on Soundomain that display their cars with dozens of trophies. Half the people at that last show only got trophies by default. s***, next time I'll bring Amanda's Corolla!!! Then I'll win something.

I'm thinking about it. Just polished up my heat shield nice nice. Mark, any idea when you're gonna be getting rid of the valve cover and intake filter?

Mmmm polishing.... ive been in the process of polishing a 1st gen B6 intake manifold, upper and lower sections, just to waste some time.

I also started painting my interior. If I can get the door panels satisfactory to me and get it all back on maybe ill try to make it, since ive had to back out of everything lately

Is there any1 around Franklin, Ma going (or anyone travelling down 495? My hotel's literally 2 mins from the interstate)? I can probably meet up w/ y'all somewhere. By Sunday, I'm sure I'll be going stir crazy in the hotel room again
