Can we get a breakdown of who owns who??

I thought bentley and rolls split up. VW has one and BMW(i think) has the other. And doesn't VW have some affiliation with Bugatti and Seat?

VW and Porsche Mechanics and designers helped with some Seat parts...

It's more then a partnership, GM owns 21% of Fuji Heavy Industries

You can also add Lamborghini under the VW/Audi/Bentley/Bugatti group.

GM bought isuzu so they could take their diesel technology, and isuzu heavy industries wanted out of the car market anyways, now GM is basicaly giving up on ISUZU though i don't blame them, they got their technology and to the curb with em...

Kia has had partial technical partnership with Mazda in the past, not sure about today.

i belive they do still kinda work together on things, that spectra and spectra5 i belive it is, is just a 3rd gen protege basically, iirc they bought the design rights to the car because mazda was coming out with the 3 and had no use for the protege platform anymore thats why if you look at the shapes in genral and also the interior in particular you can tell its just a knock off
