ok well i change the maf location and that didnt fix the problem it alomst acts worst then before. changed to the msp ngk plugs gaped to 30 and still the problem goes on, I also think it may be a vac problem but im pretty sure they are on right any one have a vac diagram they know of. thanks again guys for all you input
Just curious, and not trying to thread jack but...isn't that flange on the external wastegate supposed to be blocked off? Or is that not something to worry about? Didn't know if maybe that could be causing your car to act the way it is.

Yea that's way too much vacuum. Is a Prosport gauge? If so, I wouldn't trust it very much.. their vacuum/boost gauges are notoriously inaccurate.
You should really take some pics of your engine bay. I really thought the MAF location was the culprit, but if you say you moved it and the problem is still there then you have something else going on.
