My original headlights are Xenon bulbs; both left and right are stripped (can't adjust the height)
There is A pigtail from the car that has to be plugged into the ballast.
I bought a used replacement, but it has halogen headlights (not xenon).
My ballast pigtail from the car has no connection because Halogen doesn't need a ballast.
Will the halogen headlight work without plugging the pigtail that connects to the xenon ballast?

The next picture is the halogen headlight that I bought. No ballast.
The last picture is the wire/pigtail from the car for the ballast.
