Can anyone ID this loose hose under my car?? Pics!

I found this hose hanging under my car today. Looks like should connect to something. It's located near the rear axle,( Where the axle-back exhaust connects to the mid-pipe area.) Anyone knows what hose that it? and where it belongs?? Thanks

I'm not sure those hoses even belong there, your car might have pick it up from the highway or something.

My car recently ran out of gas, do you think that might cause it to come loose?? Where does it actually hang or connect to??

what they said - i was just under my car this morning, that hose is supposed to be routed into a hole in the top of the rear subframe. there is a hole alomst right above the sway bar bracket that it sticks down into

Getting a picture of the top of the rear subframe is not likely going to happen..

It's kinna impossible to see unless you disassemble the entire rear structure of the car.

its alomost impossible to get a pic of that hose inthe right spot, because its on TOP of the rear subframe - just crawl under the car, and reach up in there, you'll find the hole it goes in - that "kink" is at the right spot for the tube to fall into the hole

So does this hose actually connect to anything?? or it suppose to leave open to vent air while the hole just holds it in place. Thank you so much for everyone's help. !!!

It is there on the off chance that fuel collects in the evap system. It has a place to drain that does not end up on the frame of the car, simply on the road.

Having gas fall on the frame makes baby Jesus Cry.

Honestly, you would never miss it.. But it's good to fix..
