Riceville...I mean Rockville is usually a waste of time. I used to go, but the police come as soon as people get there and rev the crap out of their cars. I watched this dude in a mustang just sit in his car and rev his straights pipes for 15 min straight. I am also a member of DCAWD and we do bi-monthly meets at different eating establishments in the NoVA area. We meet around 7pm and hangout in the parking lot then go get our chow on.
