The thing I didn't like about the Arias postons (I've destroyed 2 sets now) was how sharp the edges are where they machine them. Sharp edges mean hotspots.
Damn old thread! I wonder what my JE pistons will look like when I rebuild? I have had them in for 5 years, and over 100K miles without oil squirters...

Well, we have to have somewhere. All of the knowledgeable people have been banned form this one...
why no squirters?
Because I was one of the first with forged pistons, and they didn't clearance the JE pistons for the oil squirters. They got chopped off by the pistons!!(dark)
