ok so i posted up before about my boost problem... i originally thought i have a vacume leak but then looked at my vac/boost gauge nd realized i was fine... but the car would boost all the way to 18psi and hit fuel cut... i have a Forged wastegate and i adjusted the nut on the actuator arm all the way to the top of the threads and the car then boosted to 18psi and slowly went down 11psi even tho it has a 5psi spring... so can someone maybe please help me? im totally lost and havent been driving the car in boost for about 2 weeks now bcuz i cant figue out the problem and i dont wanna blow my motor

I hope(not really) that its spiking to 18 and not settling there and tapering off to 11 psi. Either way you have and issue with your WGA adjustment. Sounds like you have your rod to short and need to lengthen it. Stay out of boost until you check and fix it. When testing, let off the gas if you see the gauge needle starting to go too high

ya idk if the wga failed or wht but i havent been boosting... shes gettin parked for the winter soon so im just gonna baby it until then

I'm not implying that its faulty. The actuator rod is not adjusted properly. Ideally you would measure the old one and set the new to the same length if possible for starters.

i dont have the old one... i got the car with this one on it and the guy had already tuned it to run 10psi.. like when i got the car it ran 10psi then one day it just started over boosting
