Bluetooth problem

Hi there,

My father got a Mazda CX-7 (the diesel one) this month (04-2010), and he is getting problems with the Bluetooth and his phone (Motorola V360v).
It seems that he only can make one call after config is phone with BT of the car.
This phone works 100% in the previous car, a Nissan Navara.
He bought another phone, a Nokia (I don't remember the model), and he got the same issue.
They (Mazda dealer in Portugal) changed the BT of the car, but he got the same problem.

Anyone with the same problem?
There is any list of compability phones to work with BT of Mazda?
