A few days ago the Bluetooth stopped working in my Mazda 3. I've had this car for maybe 8 years so I have a feeling the Bluetooth module in the car is probably dead but I thought I'd ask anyway. When I go to connect a phone or any other device to the car it'll say "connecting" on the dash for a couple seconds and then stop. And, my phone says it's getting pair requests from my Mazda but when I go to pair it, the Mazda does not show up in the list of discoverable Bluetooth devices.
Today I also realized the Aux jack/input isn't working either. When I press the Aux button on the dash, it doesn't even change to that input so now the only things that work are FM/AM and the CD player. I read on other forums that there should be a little music symbol on the dash to indicate that the Bluetooth is working and I haven't seen that in a few days. Is this something I would have to get replaced?
