Bluetooth Audio Streaming - no sound

I just got a 2014 CX-5.

I can successfully pair my Blackberry Z30, and the phone works just fine via Bluetooth. Contacts are all there. The only thing that does not work is the audio to play music. It shows the file playing (has title, track info), and shows the ticker moving, but no sound is coming out. I've tried both just the music on my phone, and on Pandora. Does the same for both.

Any ideas?

You've probably already tried this but have you confirmed that the volume is up all the way on your phone? One thing to try is to start the music playing on your phone before you start up your car and then let it connect and see what happens.
