blown speed

Are there any aftermarket plug wires for the MAZDASPEED Protege? I haven`t seen any.

Regulal NGK cables are probably the best. Nology cables are controversial. But Magnecor wires are OK (at Corksport). Racing Beat has also some good cables.

My MSP is at 40k miles with about 4k of them at 10-12psi. Car has seen a fair amount of autox and track use (8 autoxs or so, 12 days on track) and it's held up. I got scared of the engine blowing though so I got a different car. It seems like it's either the engine, the tranny, or the diff, and unless you're prepared to replace all three it's not worth modding.

I found Magnecor wires on corksport just the other day, and now I don`t see them on their website. What`s the deal? If someone else can find them again, tell me what you clicked on exactly.

How many of the people that have blown their engine were using an voltage clamp/FCD at the time? I'd be willing to bet that a good percentage were.
