Yeah what exactly are you trying to say here?

If your implying that I said "F street unit" because I live in Texas your wrong. I just live here I am not from here, actually I happen to be a native of Florida the state in which steet unit is located. I just preferr to suggest honest, dependable vendors! and not just that, I also preferr to suggest vendors that are actually approved bye these froums and have done me right in the past!

i don't belive much on su

on a side note, i will be getting open diff from manuel at hiboost
picking it up on saturday

;)
i'm debating weather to do overtime on sat, which would cut on alot of time that i could be spending getting the tranny out

i will take tons of pics tho
while disassembling the tranny to enhance a thread with a how-to or even write one of my own ;)

oooohhhh not an open diff,

that sucks. sad thing is, if mine breaks within the next 6 weeks (aka 10k miles) i'l HAVE to go open diff, im so broke im considering selling PARTS off the damn car to make the car payment!

im assuming you were one of those difficult customers that wanted 80% off everything and got mad at s.u. b/c you ****** something up on your car and it broke. anyways, go with the quiafe and be safe, few extra bucks but that is what they made a credit card for :)

this is not the time or place for that. none of that is relevant to the thread. granted his comment didn't need to be worded the way it was either.

sucks about your car man, good luck getting it fixed

well guys go ahead and add me to the list mine snapped in half at 57,000 miles. i had and ace welder weld it back together and its doing awesome now..... man mazda guys said it was like a 12 book hour job to do this i was done in like 3 and a half hours start to finish...... and by the way let me add that this is the poorest excuse for an LSD that i have ever seen...tranny guys told me its just enough to be considered one to avoid any legal trouble as far as false advertisement.... are we even sure its an actual tochigi fuji diff???

I bought the new one from the dealership and had my mechanic weld it for me as well, I hope she holds better than the original one. I kept the broken one though

Yeah it is a Toki-fuki whats-its-name...
Mine works great as did the stock one that broke after 103,000 miles.
They should have just attached the body and the ring gear in a more secure manner.
Mine new one is welded and it won't be coming apart again.

i will eventually re-weld the broken one, but it has to be done at a shop who knows what they're doing
