best mods you've bought...

im lookin for feedback on the mods that everybody has. im lookin for mods that you have come to the conclusion were with every penny you spent. im thinking about getting an exhaust (not sure what kind) intake, fmic, mbc, and a fcd...let me know what you think of these mods if you've already done them. any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I honestly one of the best mods I have done and I am sure a lot of people will agree. They are the Kartboy Shifter Bushings, Combined with the short shifter, and oh boy It feels so good!

deffinately the FMIC and exhaust. Atleast the cat-less midpipe. Shifter bushings also, and gotta throw in the greddy EBC

screw all those mbcs fcds fprs etc..... this is my suggestion FMIC , turboback exhaust
and unichip cost you a little over 3k and youll be faster then hell then get motor mounts and a good clutch get a couple simple gauges and enjoy

well unlike those that can afford the really good stuff. apex dp helps a little w/ harder pull. and i just install mbc, only put upto 9psi (no fmic yet) and car feels great!! definitely happy w/ that and only $60.

right now ive got a greddy turbo timer, boost gauge, and joep mbc. i think im gonna buy an injen cai next and start saving for a fmic. anything you guys think i should get before i get the fmic, like "required" mods to make the i/c more productive or more worth the money, like an exhaust or downpipes etc.?

you cant say there is NO reason.
Ask anyone here with the injen CAI if they have gains or not.
Its dyno proven to 10whp and you can definitely feel it.

I don't know if this counts as a "mod" but the best thing I've done to my car is tint. It gets really hot here in the summer, and it's still hot inside the car after it's been baking in the sun. But not nearly as hot as without tint. (My car is black too.) It also looks a lot better IMO.
If that doesn't count, I'm really pleased with my shifting... I got redline tranny fluid, kartboy shifter, bushings, and knob.

exhaust. until i get a dp, i prolly haven't gained much from it but that's just a bonus. it's the sound that was worth all the money. enjoyment factor went up immensely .

btw unichip is $900 not 3k like someone said. CAI is debateable cause the length vs the cold air. it makes a louder sound

Injen makes the car sound kewl but the best mods I've noticed are the Apexr Downpipe with High Flow Cat (car pulls alot harder; lot less hesitation) and the AWR Front Motor Mounts (Installed today!!! Engine doesn't drop down upon acceleration; just hauls assa!!!).

I would have to say that the best addition to my car was my right foot. I had custom lead weights inserted near the ball of my foot which has increased acceleration considerably.
