Hey all.

I usually do my own work on my cars, but out of curiosity what are some good shops which have a good staff? Im looking at the Alamo Heights area of San Antonio and around the northern part of town as this is closer, towards the N. 1604 loop area. Any thoughts? (loser)

I live in Alamo Heights. :) As far as import shops go, IMO, the best and most honest performance shop in SA is SCI Motorsports. They can take a little more time to get the job done but they do excellent work, they don't try to talk you into a lot of crap you don't need, and have one of the best tuners in town. Also they are the only factory trained UNICHIP tuner in Texas. They can also tune Hondata, K-Pro, FAST. He learns new systems really quick. Justin is the one to talk to (He's the tuner/office manager). They are the ones building my turbo kit/ as well as tuning it for me (as of the moment I'm going with UNICHIP but am looking at tweecer as a possible alternative). They're located off Toeperwine near IH35. 377-0099
