Hey, anyone up here from SFO or the surronding areas?
Anyone know of any good resources in the bay area?

i bought mine in menlo too. 20100 out the door, without rebate. putnam also gave a good offer, 20400.

the people at menlo are really nice. they did a good job with the car compared to the local crap near me (oak tree, almaden)

Hey...don't badtalk Almaden. They were awesome. Got my Speed for 20000 flat plus $500 recent grad rebate, and they even gave me $500 for my piece o crap Acura that burned 2 quarts of oil a week with 180,000 miles on it. For trade in that's awesome, and they didn't even look at it. The people were really great there to, and didn't try to dick me over.

Anyway, the service at Menlo is great (I'm in San Carlos). But the sales people there were slimy. As for parts Adam, how bout Pep Boys, Parts Plus, Kragen? Truly I get most my parts online. Cheaper, and you get them delivered right to your door. My $.02

What's up folks, bay area here too. So I got my car at Almaden and they treated me well and I didn't get screwed over on the whole thing. Although from what I am hearing I may drive up to Menlo for my next Mazda. The real question is, where is the best place to get warranty work done on our Mazdaspeeds in the bay area?

You can come and visit us. I think we pretty much try to represent the epitmoy of protege's and mazdas in general. I'm sure the other guys can vouch for our Mazdacity. We've got a pretty nice WRX that's at the shop around 5 or 6. Also we know the Menlo mazda guys well. So do you have a WRX or Mazda?

Laters,
Rishie

rishie does it all =O

and heh, about almaden, they have a speed with 300 miles and 6 scratches. heh sorry, thats enough for me to talk s*** about them =)

also, anyone know of any empty streets in the bay area? like something that would stretch for a miles, some twisties would be nice, but barren. that would be cool heh.

Be careful doe. Don't get too many tickets. Car will go bye bye once those insurance rates go up. Be responsible and start going to autox's. Then work your way up to some road courses. I'm sure the folks would rather pay teh small fee for a track rather than the insurance deductible. lol.

Later, Rishie
