Strange sound from front left wheel area

For the past week or so, I've noticed some noises coming from the area surrounding my front left wheel. At first it was some slight sounds that I would notice while driving, but in the past few days, my front left wheel area has been making the sound (see attachment) for about 30 seconds after the car is turned off. Any idea what this could be? I haven't noticed any difference in the driving ability of the car, but I'm assuming that this is not good and I should get it checked out.

Is that the headlight motor issue?

Yes, it is definitely the headlight motor assembly. Same thing happened with my '22 last fall. The noise is present only when the lights are on, regardless of the ignition itself being on or off. There is a TSB for this.
