AWR rear mount

Does anyone know the best way to install the rear motor mount? I have searched and I cannot find any really good info. Someone please help

you go at it from the top,

1. Take off the intake tube, notice a big wire harness above the mount
2. get the big electrical harness out of the way and grind it's bolt off the firewall so your socket can get to the bolts
3. use a socket with a flexi thing, and a big extension to get your ratchet on it above the motor, and a 2 foot breaker bar or impact to remove the 3 bolts
4. to get the last bolt you have to use the socket, flexi thing, and lots of extensions, out the passenger wheel well, and then you can use the 2 foot breaker bar or impact

Do it in the shade with a full box of beers, otherwise it's no fun at all.

stripped out the last nut on my rear mount on thursday...lol. gonna take the intake manifold off to get it so i can get that sucker off. and yes...its not fun trying to get to it...but it isnt that bad trying to go from the top. def wanna take the intake tube off though. my buddy tried anything he could think of to get the damn thing off after it stripped...but nothin worked. wouldnt be a problem.....but with it stripped like it is....we need more room to work now.

Lol, I looked back there for about ten seconds and realized that I really didn't want mess with it :P

Finally got it done! All I needed was my dad so I had someone to keep me sane. He did his mounts on his mark 2 vr6 jetta and he said this was cake in comparrison. Only took an hour with his help. It rules now!!

once you get that harness out of the way it is really easy. I took off my intake and throttle body and that made all the difference.
