Auto up/down window don't work

Like the title says, my auto up/down for the driver side window stopped working after I installed my CAI due to the battery cable being off for a while. Does anyone have the procedure for resetting it? It happend after I did my HID install to but it magically fixed itself. I think I did the procedure by accident and never knew it.

I looked but couldn't find a write up on it. I have a 2010 but I would think that the way you reset it would be the same.. thanks

For the 6 I used to have it was... start car, let window down, then raise window, holding the button until it's all the way up, and a couple seconds thereafter. You should hear a little thunk or click or something, at which point you can release the button and it will work like normal again.
