Any photographers in here?

LOL

Actually, funny you say that because the ultimate plan is to get a Beechcraft Baron or Bonanza as a chase plane to shoot from. The rear doors can be removed (and is approved for flight as such) from these aircraft and offer unlimited visibility in almost every direction. Just gotta strap in and dress WARM

never even heard of the camera, just wondering if it was any good. Im a nub to photography so for the cost it might something better for me instead of my point and shoot.

it seemed kind of older, but if its not a bad camera i might try and pick it up to learn on.

unless im an idiot and i have the names mixed up, but im pretty sure it said 72 on it. It was at a pawn shop lol

I learned a lot on this:

shooting with film makes you contemplate your shots rather than just machine gunning a few hundred and hoping 1 or 2 turn out.

Film is hardcore. I've always wanted to shoot a wedding in film. But a small wedding. So i don't have to buy like a hundred rollls of film lol.

especially the way brides tend to.... lol

Really? I used to be the same way but I've done over 10 weddings now and it can be a lot of work yet it can be a lot of fun. I hope I get some more this year....the only scary part for me would be some sort of technical malfunction or my partner not showing up .

apparently I'm unofficially shooting my gf's brother's wedding in november in Jamaica... so I'm going to start trying to snap off a few pictures just of the apartment or something and get them sharp.

Just make sure you study up on what other wedding photographers are doing and try to copy it as best you can. Funky takes great and creative wedding shots. You should ask him for tips.
