Its not that bad as far as I can see from the picture.

the rash is not just on the lip its also in a few places on the spokes (i bought them used - those were there, i did the curbing on the lip)

those wheels are now discontinued and i was able to buy 1 brand new wheel for about the same price that it would cost be to get the other one fixed.
