A question regarding lock actuators and keyless entry.

I recently decided to upgrade my base model Mazda 3 I to power locks and windows with a keyless entry. I purchased and gathered most of the parts I needed however I ran into a problem with the front left and right actuators. How the OEM parts website they have two different kinds. One w/ keyless entry and one w/o keyless entry. I'm just wondering what the difference is and If I need to purchase the keyless entry one in order to install a keyless remote in my car.

I would assume that one is for the keyless entry and the other is for a Mazda that does not have the keyless entry BUT has power door locks. As far as which one to use, I'm just as stumped as you are.
