Even though some NA owners will beg to differ, I think the '08 GT is a fine choice. I had the '06 Sport and would have had the GT, had they had the retractable top, at the time. Unfortunately, mine is gone, now. I traded for a new '08 Roush Mustang. The little NA I replaced it with is pretty awesome, though. Maybe I can have that NC GT, later. case is closed... i got a 08 new mx 5 grand touring with soft top and premium pkg, suspension pkg and something else for 20k plus tax and license. The car's MSRP was 27800. Good deal I think. They also had a barebones sport with 16k but was sold so I got the best next thing. They wanted to push me on a 30k that they told me was 22k. The car that had the aero pkg and some other gizmos but I sad no thanks.
