Here are a couple of pictures of the 323 GT I had from 1988 to 1995.
It was the first new car I ever bought. It was a blast to drive - just have the front wheels pointed where you wanted to go before you pulled the trigger! I got it up 125 MPH once. It was still pulling hard, but it was starting to get a bit floaty feeling.
It was stealthy enough to blow away an unsuspecting victim every now and them. Got to play "tag" with a Porsche 944 on some 2 lane roads in northern PA once. When I stopped the 944 driver stopped by to find out how a lowly Mazda 323 was giving his 944 a run for it's money. He discovered it wasn't so lowly. (burnout)
Other than the Enkei wheels and the Supertrapp muffler, it was completely stock.
Sold it to a girl who was taking it to college in CA.
Still miss it.
