2010 NEPOC Spring Cleaning Meet - TBA

in the next 9 days sat is the only day with showers (hand) ya, i know we have plenty of install stuff to do, just hoping for a beach day!;)

Hey, I've got some dealership decals on my trunk back from when I bought the car. It was a Nissan dealership so it's driving me nuts that I'm driving around advertising for Nissan. I've been planning on removing them for awhile now but it always gets put on the back burner (or I just plain forget). Might as well get it done at the clean meet...I mean...that's the whole point lol. Plus I figure I could get some help doing it because I'd probably mess it up and either take paint off my car or do something else horrible.

Anyways, what would I need to remove it?

^ Mix of heat gun and go-gone if memory serves for most of those sticker thingies. I'm sure Josh/Oleg can chime in to confirm it.

Depending on the vinyl they used it may be as easy as a little heat and just peel it off... some rubbing alcohol or goo gone if you have it will remove any left over adhesive

I got the same problem. I'm too afraid to mess it up.

If you don't have access to a heat gun a hair dryer works just as good + some goo gone to remove the residue.

Hey Mark...add Nate (G'Nate on TMF) to the list. He lives up in MA and will be bringing his 3.

stay tunned, we may postpone the spring cleaning portion of this meet to a later date, as of now it looks like it's not going to be washing and waxing weather for sure, it may not even hit 50. we'll still be doing some installs if you have any or want to stop by....
