2010 NEPOC Spring Cleaning Meet - TBA

So the p5 will be there. I wont be doing any cleaning to it as it will be going in the body shop the week after. Maybe do some interior stuff. But I am more than happy to lend a hand! Oh and I want ot black out my head lights, plus me and Jeff will be installing the MSP engine cover!

Nice Tony. I had the MSP engine cover in my P5 at one time. Did you have all the brackets and screws?

josh ur obsession with Red started way back then huh??

looks like the car will be done for this meet.. i hope!!.. im super excited. more excited for the cape cruise though. ill be bringing all my stuff.. and this will be my first clean meet. oddly enough ive never been to one.

doubly so. i cant wait to get this beast all looking sweetness until we can get her into the spray booth for the ultimate. (if needed)

my brackets from the winter months are all nasty looking, nothing like the good old "goldish" look they have out of the factory. im trying to fix this beast into the good old days....its tough seeming how mazda tried to charge me $250 for the small heatshiled behind the exhaust manifold! WTF?!?! i laughed at the guy for a good 2 minutes before i could even get enough air to ask for a vavle cover bolt.

Just noticed this thread (away from these boards too much), Won't be able to make it. Driving to VA for a cousin's wedding this day.

Nice, what did you get?? Coilovers?
na, just springs for now..H&R's, i wanted eibachs, but they're no where to be found until sometime in june if then even (they told me april, then may)...i'll tryem out at see how they work with the blisteins ?

Ya know...I'm not even sure. I initially bought it with the MSP vc and bought the brackets as an after thought and didn't get screws. Maybe Josh will remember?

All I know is that there are four allen screws holding the cover onto the brackets. I believe the brackets themselves use the valve cover screws.

Yes, Josh you are right. The brackets are held down by the vc.....
