2009 Mazda Tribute specs!!!

Damnit, now I want to trade in my family's 08' and get the 09' model...that V6 sounds crazy, and it should have had a 6spd auto to begin with..

Wait until they develop their own replacement(CX-5?). It'll get killed good then.

Yeah, I would be the kind of person to get a cx-7 or cx-9 but there's really nothing wrong with the tribute at all. Yes it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the family (an outsider for sure) but I haven't heard of any problems or had any problems with it at all, besides the fact that it's an Escape, and I'm sure that's what most people hate about the suv the most.

The Tribute is most likely still around because it does not require high octane fuel and is available as a hybrid.

Look how long the B series have been out with slight changes.

Yeah, I'm not sure why they keep either of those around. Their sales numbers are pitiful (though tribute sales are on the rise). They probably have some agreement that a percentage of their models will be rebadged ford products.

OT, but what the hell are they going to do with the RX-8?!?!

Anyone have any information on the 2.5l? Is it just an increased displacement 2.3l or did they add stuff like DI?

Looking at the PDF, it looks like Multiport EFI, so no DI on the Tribute.
