I have a Spicy MSP. I am the second owner, I have had it for 4 years and it has 102k miles on it. I just put in a new clutch and suspension. The car is in great condition. I live in the city and the thing that bothers me most is having a 5 speed to deal with. Could I or should I convert it to an automatic transmission MSP?

it wouldn't really work anyway you would have to get a auto ecu and since they didn't make turbo automatics you are out of luck.

if it bothers you that much, just pick up a regular protege to drive. You can get them for almost next to nothing.

I think it would take more time, money, and out of service time, then its worth to switch it over. I hate driving my city with a stick too, so I payed off my car and bought a cheap auto to drive everyday.
