I'd say you could use my pics too...but I am definitely not the 1st Laser blue to have them on hehe. Maybe my switch placement will be original though. Jon when you putting yours on? I did it and it took less than 10 mins, but alas still not wired up, Dave wants to do it when he gets back.

I just completed writing a very nice, very long Email to the Laser Fabricators explaining everything. I know they had a lot going on, new Laser, employee changes (I think), and so forth. I will talk with them tomorrow as well to follow-up and see how quickly they could turn it around. It would be nice to see them do it tomorrow and for me to receive it on Wednesday - I'm going to push for that.II-Savy said:

The following Email is in reference to several Emails (including one that I figured out how to modify the file and fix the scale issue) and one telephone call I made to the Laser Fabricator...
"I forwarded your messages to XXXX and spoke with him personally on the issue. He is speaking with XXX right now as I write this. Please be assured that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible. XXXX said he will give you a call. I will let you know about the replacements/shipping etc. as soon as I can."
We'll see what happens.
