2003.5 Amp/subwoofer wiring

I need some help with my stereo. I purchased my MSP from a person who removed the rear subwoofer/amp enclosure and replaced it with two 6x9 speakers. I want to put the original enclosure back in the stock location. I do not know which stereo wires attach to the enclosure to make everything work. I do have an aftermarket radio. Is there any diagrams or information that would help me wire everything back to stock? Right now, all my factory speakers are operating plus the 6x9 in the rear deck. Thanks for any help.
