which wires are those?

edit* maybe the "Splitz 6-Core 10.5 mm High Energy Silicone Wires: :P

That you did...THANKS! (But I'll have a hard enough time convincing the wife that it's a steal at $54...)

Just show her the more expensive ones and tell her that these coils last longer because the heat of the engine dose not rise directly on them;) I am good at that.

And Crazee D... Yes LOL

Tell her that yours is busted. LOL Also, google rockauto discount code and place the code in the "where did you hear about us" portion of the checkout. You will get 5% off which usually cover all if not most of the shipping. Ship it ground, being in the ville is a plus because rockauto uses UPS and well you know....

This man speaks the truth!! I showed mine the price of a single coil for the 2.0 and then the price of a coil pack for the 1.8. No issues after that.

damn it....i just replaced my coils and i wanted to do this but i never saw the coils under a hundred either....but i got stock 2.0 coils for 26 each at autozone

That is just strange. I ordered one for $54 a couple of weeks ago and as soon as I did it jumped up to $168. Then I checked when I saw the post from this weekend... back to $54... now... back to $168.

If I were looking to buy one I'd call the guys at RockAuto and just ask about the price... that is a huge difference and I know from experience that they sell them for $54.

And I'm sorry guys but I haven't been taking pictures as I do the swap... I just got the valve cover all cleaned and ready to go and tackled the wiring re-route this evening. Hopefully I'll have time tomorrow night to finish up.

That is what I run. It isn't $54 anymore either. Try $168.79
