its a dumb thread from last year....Speedplease said:why?
Speedplease said:Actually im not the driver my father is, hes 52 and has been racing since he was 18 so he has a lot of time under his belt, so trust me hes not stupid enough to stage with his back wheels. Oh by the way did you get my other slip with the 1.2 60'. that one does not have a pen mark going through it. and i meant he broke traction when he hit second gear not he didnt have traction till second gear sorry my mistake. What is so hard to belive about a 1.2 or 1.15 60' when you have a 2400lb car with full drag suspension and really sticky slicks with over 600hp at the wheels.
kwiktsi said:The thing that doesn't make sense is an awesome 60'. crappy et and "ok" mph. If you get a good 60, you will get a good ET at a lower MPH. That MPH is high for what the car ran- indicating a poor launch but good top end pull, yet it supposedly launched like a rocket. Cars with full drag suspensions will run that same ET at 109 or so- with a normal 1.50-1.60 60' (with decent suspension). Not calling you a liar- but NONE of the numbers match up.
