fuel cut usually happens when its cold out and your waste gate actuator is starting to fail. mine was when it spiked 12 psi in the dead of winter... awesome sauce pull but then it hits a brick wall as the fuel is shut off to prevent death. nothing to do with the pump or any of that. i actually dont know if its fuel or ignition, but its just like turning the car off while your driving in gear.
you should plan to get an ssafc or one of popes unichips to handle it. with the other stuff you have done pretty much all at once, you could call the car done til you forge.
i will say this.. usually fuel cut happens after s*** grinning good times.. really gives you a feel for the potential of the car with only a little modification
