100K MP5 Club

over 250K on mine now. Well, it's not mine. It's the wifes now. Still has the original clutch. Tokico Illuminas have 220K, and still work great. Sunroof gasket leaks. Car uses maybe 1/2 a quart of oil between 10,000 mile oil changes!

damn, i just hit 80k and got 20k to go. OG owner 2002 so I drive like 10k a year. Kinda hard i live on a ROCK drivin in circles=) 200k+ is crazy to see. I only see like old Toyota's with that high mileage in Hawaii.

168,xxx And counting 02 Classic Red P5. I put a motor in it at 140,ish. but only cuz she spun a bearing. Still looks good and is gettin work done. mostly stock. CAI, And forged Pistons. Oh.... and an ebay header. Thats it. Getttin the extra head heavy ported and a lil GT30 i think should break some stuff.... lol Daily driven BTW.

i got 155000km original everything except new MAF (which i broke while trying to clean on instruction of my instructor at tech school lol) and new struts. oh and like 3rd set of tires. burns oil like an mf though

just bought mine last week, but she's got 165000 on her by the previous owner. By the service records, he never had anything major done, and it runs like a top.

I swear it runs better than when I first bought it now with my upgrades and all.
Doesn't burn a drop of oil.
Can easily get over 30mpg freeway when I want to.
A few headlights, rear door actuator, and o2 sensor have been the only fix its.
Great little car.

Done and Done. It would take double what the car is worth though at this point to find something comparable.

^^^ true story. I have the same experience as the OP and just rolled 195K today. Still getting 31+ highway MPG, A/C still working like it should, no rust, and most importantly no oil burning problems even with my 5,000 mi. intervals. My only complaint at this point is the paint not holding up to the Florida sun, but few cars really do.
